How we price (simple + transparent)

  2. Surface assessment → concrete vs. pavers/stone; stain level; gum/oil hotspots.
  3. Operations plan → day/time windows, resident notices, reclaim/BMP compliance.
  4. Production model → estimated days, on-site hours, $/SF or fixed line items.
  5. Board-ready proposal → clear inclusions, optional add-ons, schedule.

    Sidewalks & walkways: $0.24–$0.36 / sf


    Parking lots: $0.12–$0.22 / sf (degreasing adder as needed)


    Pool decks: $0.28–$0.45 / sf


    Transparent price: itemized $/SF and fixed line items (mobilization, reclaim if required)
